pine kitchen with integrated fridge with icebox and electric cooker and
microwave, a wide range of crockery and cooking equipment. Adjacent is the dinning room with solid pine
table and chairs, leading to enclosed garden at the rear with table, chairs
and barbeque. Down stairs bathroom
with bath (mixer shower taps) W.C hand basin and washing machine (drying facilities
available on request).
Upstairs is one Double bedroom with wood flooring solid pine bed and furniture, built in wardrobes and scatter rugs. And twin room of similar style.

4 miles (Belper). Also the nearest
public transport is at Ambergate (1 mile) both bus and train. We would also ask people to refrain from smoking
inside the cottage and no pets please.
